song packages. (Note: for
non-commercial use, select the "A" License. For business or commercial use

the "B" License.)

Songsculptor songs are available for download on ProductionTrax with secure online ordering using your Visa, MasterCard, or
American Express credit card.
Note:
The ProductionTrax samples are "watermarked" vocally. This watermark is NOT on the
songs when purchased.

License and Restrictions
When you license one or more
of our songs through ProductionTrax, you are
granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the song(s)
for your own use without additional royalty fees as follows:
- "A" License:
personal, non-profit, or student use only. This includes use in student film
and video projects.
- "B" license: any business or commercial
use. Note: for broadcast uses, publishing and composer information shall be
credited and submitted to the appropriate Performing Rights Organization (SOCAN)
where performance royalties and requirements still apply.
- Online Use restriction: Internet use
is only allowed in streaming format so that the music cannot be downloaded by
visitors to the site.
"Non-exclusive" means that other people
may purchase and use the song as well. "Non-transferable" means that the rights
belong only to the person or company licensing the download.
